- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el Auto del 5 de junio de 2018 proferido por el Juzgado Dieciseis Civil Municipal de Oralidad de Medellin, dentro del proceso de tutela de la referencia.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC-3401, que contiene la accion de tutela presentada por el senor Jose Javier Botero Lopez contra de la Secretaria de Movilidad de Medellin, al Juzgado Dieciseis Civil Municipal de Oralidad de Medellin para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decision de fondo a que haya lugar.
- Tercero. Por la Secretaria General de la Corporacion, COMUNICAR la decision adoptada en esta providencia al accionante y al Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil Municipal de Oralidad de Itagui.
